Lincoln and 200meg

Anyone in Lincoln area, primarily LN6 area, managed to get the 200 meg service?

Mine still says 152 is max speed.

Re: Lincoln and 200meg

I keep getting emails saying it will defo be here by the end of November. I am in Doddington Park (LN6 3xx). There is another forum member who is in North Hykeham who rang up for it but I think he is LN5. I think you can get it no probs if you ring up and ask but tbh I am happy to wait. I would ring up for it if it meant an increase in upload speed which is what I did last time but I don't think I am going to notice the extra 50mbits down.

I phoned up and went through to retentions on 10/10 and I was upgraded.
I am LN6 in North Hykeham near the shops at The Forum.

Not seen anything about 200mb but it that to everyone? Also on my SH2 where do I find the config file as I am struggling to find.

Re: Lincoln and 200meg

I now see that VM are quoting the free upgrade to March 2016 instead of end of November 2015. The postcode check shows this area (LN5) as 200 mbts now. I think a call to retentions is in order as I'm out of contract and only have SH1. What do you guys think?

Yes. Don't forget about the impending price rise as well.
