TiVo : One Series link record problem

Just installed Tivo and wife is setting up recordings no problem with series link.

However she set up a series link on BBC 2 (CH102) and then realised she wanted the recording in HD on CH162. So she duly cancelled the CH102 series link recording and then proceeded to CH162 but this channel will not set up a series link recording just the one episode.

She then went back to CH102 and that too will not now set up a series link although it did first time round prior to cancellation. Just the one recording.

Tried turning power off from box but the problem still persists all other recordings with series link are fine.

Could someone very kindly explain what's happened and a resolution so that the series link recording can be set up.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the series link to show up. That has caught me out a few times.

Have a look in "My planned recordings" and see if it's there.
