I've got the network cabling in place, although I've still to terminate one end. I've still only got one tivo though.

My Tivos were connected shortly after the 15.2 upgrade enabled multiroom streaming to be activated, which was about a year ago... it's been a long wait!

Re: Multiroom streaming who"s ready
I have a feeling the list of channels on TV Anywhere is exactly the same list as the one of channels with MRS enabled. They surely wouldn't negotiate with the provider just for one or the other.

Re: Multiroom streaming who"s ready
I have 3 TiVos, I know that I will have to connect all 3 via home plugs and so on, but If all my boxes can "see" each other already, (in settings) why cant they just stream between each other using the connection from the cable?

Because the boxes have a 10Mbit connection, which means the upload will be at best 1Mbit - not fast enough for streaming
Whereas connected via the Ethernet they have a 100Mbit connection to stream between them

Nope don't need 2 tivos when the iPad app gets released finally you can stream from the TiVo box to the iPad app.
Also not sure but virgin anywhere might link up to it.
Only need 2 tivos to stream from 1 box to another... Doesn't stream to other VM boxes like V box or V+.
Possibility though in future if they update firmware on VHD to TiVo software, which they announced but has gone dead on news.
Then you will be able to stream to VHD but not presently

No it hasn't, because you can't.
TiVo to app streaming requires extra hardware which VM aren't doing yet

Re: Multiroom streaming ... who's ready?
I've had my two networked for about a year now and managed to have a go at streaming when they enabled Channel 5 (and a Disney channel I think) for a few hours several weeks ago.
It is going to be ace but I didn't get a chance to stream from both boxes at the same time as they disabled streaming again by the time I got home. However I'm keen to see whether my home plug setup will prevent this by being only half duplex or whether my adaptors are full duplex. I was also keen to see if I could watch a recording on one box and also stream a recoding from the same box to a 2nd box.
