Downgrade package

Hi,

I've just separated and she is staying in the house. We have agreed to downgrade the packages to a low level so any advice on what to do? The site does it seem to helpful. I've been a customer for 5 1/2 years and am out of contract.

Current package:
100mb BB
XL tv
1tb TiVo
M phone
Sports and movies
HD
Second v+ box

£117 month

My new requirements are:

Low tv package
Lowest broadband
No sports or movies
No hd
No phone (we have never even plugged one in)
Keep 2nd box

Any help appreciated to get this down easily.

Thanks in advance

Ring 150 from your VM phone and work through to the TV section

The lowest you can go is

BB 50 mbps

TV M (basically its the freeview channels)

Extra V+ Box

That comes to £42.15pm

Re: Downgrade package

There is not such a thing as no HD in any VM pack, as on the lowest pack you still get the Freeview HD channels on it!

Re: Downgrade package

Thanks - what's the number other than 150? I don't have a landline phone to call them through?

Also I realise there is no HD, but I pay the premium for the movies and sports in HD.

Thanks for your help

Damian

You actually get more, as Channel 5HD is still included on Virgin, but not on Freeview or Freesat.

150 also works on Virgin Mobile, if you have one.
