I have some cctv cameras that I access remotely - a workplace
at one time the images were quite clear and you could see people moving around almost as if it real time - but now it has gone all 'juddery' and not so clear
any suggestions as to how I can improve this?
have assigned a static IP address to it and have done all the rebooting and that sort of stuff
If you physically check are the images from the system clear and it's only the remote ones with an issue? That would at least rule out a DVR or camera fault.

Yes. The local images in the office are just like tv pictures. The remote access used to be better. You can see the gist of what's going on but it's shudders and the like
....
also - i have access from an android device - and that is really good - like real time
