Mobile Billing Queries

Isn't it about time we had an email link for billing queries? I have been in contact on 789 for weeks now about phantom roaming texts on my mobile. One person tells me that they wll deduct the amount from my bill, yet they have taken the full amount, then I ring them agan and they say they can't deduct roaming charges, so I shout at them, and then I ring someone else who say they will deduct it, but I have to wait another month. There is also a language problem which doesn't help, and it's nigh impossible to speak to a supervisor.

Re: Mobile Billing Queries

Try going through to their cancelling department. They will probably be in more of a position to help with the bill. Failing that, get in touch with Virgin via Twitter. They sorted my complaint out within a week of moaning on Twitter.

Re: Mobile Billing Queries

Thanks. I don't do Twitter, but I've sent a very strong email complaint. See if that works.

Re: Mobile Billing Queries

If you pick the option for upgrading or leaving 99% of the time you will get one of the UK based call centres.

I had a problem last week where the billing system changed my tariff and after speaking with off shore they totally ballsed up my account. Quick call to the UK and I had the correct tariff back and credits to fix the billing issue.

Re: Mobile Billing Queries

I have a pay as you go virgin sim card and the misses is on a blackberry curve contract - question is where we live the signal is poor, this includes anyone else who visits. It is in urban area population of 25K. Who do we write to to see if there is any improvements to be made to the signal in our area.
