recorded programmes not playing

I recorded a number of programmes yesterday at different times and on different channels.
When I came to watch them today I just got "Viewing ended" even though each programme is listed as recorded with the correct record time.

One programme recorded yesterday at 02:00 I could view until about 30 minutes in then it just paused.

I have rebooted the box but the problem persists.

Is there a way to get the box to play the 10 programmes?

Thanks

Re: recorded programmes not playing

If a reboot doesn't get them back you are probably out of luck.

You could try a reformat, but that will delete all recordings and series links. Instructions are here:
