Really bad service

Broadband went down completely four times in a few days - no service at all. During the times of complete failure, the ready light on the Superhub was flashing and from the configuration panel it showed that there was no WAN address and there was a load of errors on the network logs.

It's back up now but since it's been back up it's been really slow and I have been unable to really complete any work at all without it taking a large amount of effort and causing frustration.

On 30Meg and have been since we were upgraded for free from the 20Meg package and have had no issues like this before (we've obviously had outages but they have been resolved within a day or so).

Re: Really bad service

What I do (sorry did when I was with SKY) is unplug the router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and the speeds go right back up to their normal levels.
