Virgin Media TV listing problem

Are Virgin aware of a fault on their TV listings page? Neither the Virgin Media android app (to set up TIVO recording) OR the general web-based pages are accessible. Seems like a permissions problem.

I could access it via my android app earlier but it said there was a technical problem when attempting to record and it seems this is now OK . I can also access the website also NOW.

I still could not set my recording from there because there is another one of those irritating looping type scripts that prevents me from closing the 'set your TV package 'window. At least I have got to the page now.

The reason I suspect this is happening is because I have NoScript installed within Firefox and because of the 'looping' script I cannot get to see which site I must allow to close the window. First its there - then its not there. Amateurs! Why do I have to enable and allow a third party site anyway just to close that bl**dy window!!!!

I have come across this before and even run 'fiddler' in the past to identify the culprit.
....
I have just done so again and the procedure has changed from when I last looked at it some time ago because I could then see the scripts but the results are now just the same . Endless looping

and so on....

The actual script causing my problem now must be run at the server.
