On Demand/Catch-up TV Frozen....

Hi, is anyone else having problems with this service? Both my V+ HD and my VHD boxes have frozen. After re-booting and trying again they do exactly the same.

Everything else seems to work though, any advice?

I know if the problem was more widespread then a notice would have been raised on here by someone.

Re: On Demand/Catch-up TV Frozen....

I just came on because my Tivo has no network connection which affects on demand. I checked the service status and it says there is a problem with red button capability, but that's all It may all be connected, and of course no network connection affects OD/catchup, so that could be connected as well.

So I was going to ask if anyone was having network connection problems, and it seems like you are but with the other boxes.

I'll give it to tomorrow before I call CS then.

Just watched a couple of eps of Doctor Who from OD with no problem. So, sorry, but no issues here. (North Yorks, so nowhere near Bournemouth )

The On Demand service is regional, so it's likely that if there is a fault only users in Bournemouth and Poole would be affected.

That said, I can't see any known outages in your region. Give the Faults team a call.

My V+ On Demand services haven't been working since last night either. you try and select the on demand or search option and the box just freezes.

I'm in the SO16 area of Southampton.

I'm in SO16 as well and Tivo is still showing as network problem, same as last night, and broadband is coming and going.

Tried to get thru to faults but gave up waiting in the end.

When I put in the postcode on www.virginmedia.com/servicestatus it says everything is working fine!!!!!.
