TiVo : tivo service

hi all

not sure wat to search for so thought i would ask instead.

Just had Tivo installed today, and wondered is there a page down button for the menu.

on the V+box wen u were in the menu u could press the green and the red buttons for page up and down, but cant seem to find how to do it on the Tivo remote.

If not is their an easier way to do this instead of pressing the down button all the time.
