Virgin Media player hopeless

As I cannot watch stuff on demand that needs a PIN, I thought I would check out the Virgin Media Player on-line service.

:fit :

A more frustrating and useless service would be hard to find.

Starters I cannot get the video window on ANY browser (IE, Firefox & Chrome).

When you log in it constantly returns to the popup window which asks if you want to sign up for the Virgin Mediaplayer newsletter. The only way to get rid of it is the X.

Then if I try choosing a program to watch it asks me to sign in AGAIN but when I click either button (Sign in) or (Get Media Player) it returns to the home page and the wretched newsletter sign up pop up window AGAIN.

WTF is wrong with it?
