50M : My upload speeds

Could someone please look at my stats and tell me if there is a problem with the upload stats. I have 50mps and i don't have a problem with that but my upload speed is bad, My area has not been upgraded yet but most of the time i get upload speeds around 0.5 and 0.6 which i reckon is 1mps slower than i should receive.

I have tried different servers and at different times of the day and its always the same.

Upload stats look OK on the modem itself. If you get high or unstable pings during periods of slowness and/or periods of slowness particularly in the afternoons/evenings, it's probably a network congestion issue.
