Hi, I'm new to this forum so you've probably heard this loads of times. eBay their are load of V+hd boxes for sale. Is it just straight forward to swap V hd box over to V+hd box. Only want the record feature not bothered about hd channels? I called Virgin and they say its £20 for the box and £49 to activate the hd. If I've already got hd activated on v box is it just a straight swap over if I buy V+hd box from virgin.

VM will not activate a box from Ebay as they class it as a stolen box.

Thanks for that, so if I get the v+hd box from virgin for £20 and install it myself is it just a straight swap If my v box is already activated with hd? My sis has a V+ hd box, i was going to see if hers would work on mine before I bought it from virgin.
