TiVo Home and my shows button

Hi all when ever I press Home or the my shows button all I get is the red swirl circle thing meaning it's think about it

The box does this for around 20 mins and the only way out is to use the power switch at the back

Any ideas? If does work sometimes, maybe 1 in 10 and has done this since install

You need to report it to VM Faults, it shouldn't be doing that.

Seems some boxes do this.
was told to press thumbs down then up then hit play 3 times.

vm are aware and will hopefully fix it..

Yes as DF says if its doing that then its not working properly, touch wood since l have had my tivo its been brilliant.
