Question Cable BB problems RG41 Thames valley

10 meg L ethernet connection, Windows 7

The Ready lamp on the modem can take over 10 mins to settle to solid on.

There are no known probelems according to the status line.

Your power levels look fine so it may be the modem or an area issue and you will need to call in for it to be checked.

What model is the modem.

Hi Masque,

Thanks for your reply.


The modem is a Virgin Media dark blue / black 256 modem; the power light took the normal 30 secs to lock this morning so it was probably a local problem which did not get a mention on the Status line. Fingures crossed that was all it was.
