network security and availability

hello house am new. my greetings to all.

The network in my office is so slow and i want a solution to it. i was thinking of the latency, how to reduce it by getting all security and management in one device like a router. is this possible? pls, help.

Welcome to Cable Forum but you'll have to give a much more detailed question before anyone can make suggestions.

How is your internet connection supplied. Some idea of the current network setup. What sort of security setup is currently in place and how you feel this is affecting your latency. You know, that sort of basic stuff...
