WS10/WS2/WS3/WS4 Offline
Is anyone else offline currently in the Region 04 areas?
I've had to turn to using a 3G MiFi dongle (big difference from 20Mbps) and I'm working with an online system meaning I require the internet constantly all day today.
Thanks to this shoddy downtime I've lost a boat load of work and most likely a client who was going to pay me to fix his online system...

You probably don't want to hear this, but you shouldn't be relying on a residential service for business purposes.

Ohh don't worry about it! I don't run a business from home and it was just a fix as I was recommended by a friend.
Anyway it seems back up now, as does the TV which went down too.

As far as i know both residential and business services run on the same network. So it wouldn't have made any difference had he been on the business service.

However the residential T&Cs specifically say you can't run a business from a home connection

Well whatever, its a moot point. Business or not on a residential service, its back...move on.

As I've said, I Don't run a business. It was help and I used the word Client as a generic term, most people do.
A lot of people run design companies from home, on home connections. Does it stop them? No. I don't run a company from home, if I did I would've been on a business connection.

Know what, can this just be closed. I've been told twice the same URL that I know about. No use wasting time
