Alibi & Watch

I'm getting a screen message on these channels to call to subscribe.
What's this all about.

We have XL, Broadband and phone services.

Re: Alibi & Watch

It's because they're free for all subscribers for a short while. The message is for people who don't have the channels in their normal package. As you're on XL you can ignore it.

Re: Alibi & Watch

Thanks for that.
They could have made it a bit clearer or targetted it. They're going to get an awful lot of unnecessary phone calls.

Re: Alibi & Watch

Anyone selecting one of those channels would already know that either, it was part of their package or that it was a limited offer. It's just an annoyance to have to press the blue button.

It happens from time to time with other channels(eg FX).

Re: Alibi & Watch

Based on the comments on this and other forums, the on screen messaging is currently being revised to make the details of the Free to View clearer
