Why does my V+ HD box keep resetting itself?

Why does my V+ HD box keep resetting itself?
Did it once last night and now twice tonight, when I've been recording something.

Is the box kept in a cabinet? If so has it got plenty of air circulation?

Check your connections also.

Also, the V+ reboots itself to fix any problems it has, but if it keeps doing it, then you may need a tech

Not in a cabinet, plenty of circulation. Its done it on the odd day now and then, I think since the NGTV rollout, usually after 9pm for some wacky reason. Its not smard-card related since I've yet to receive one.

I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the feedback.
