ntlworld and windows live mail

Hi all

Been setting up a friend's email on her 2 machines exactly as mineis ie one is running XP/OE and the other W7/Windows Live Mail. Using recent mode and a couple of message rules I get all emails on both my machines including sent mail. It works great for me but is proving problematic for her. Trouble sending/error messages etc (receiving seems to be ok)

Can anyone think why this might be, or what I might have missed? Her email address is an old @ntlworld.com one which hasn't yet been migrated to the Google webmail service by Virgin Media but will be soon I understand - meanwhile I have used all the correct settings from Virgin's website. I removed recent mode in case it was getting in the way but she's still having trouble sending from the W7/WLM machine.

Any ideas?

Many thanks

Helen :-)
