V+ & others to USB/SD?

I'm wanting to transfer some V+ content and some old VHS to PC but can't find something that will do so. I've tried the Hauppauge HD PVR but its just not reliable and the software based recording wasn't for me.

So all I need is some sort of HDD or USB recorder that accepts Component and/or Composite input.

Thanks to anyone who replies.
