Maybe im being a bit thick here but i cant login into the router using the default settings whicha re virgin and broadband, iv reset the router twice and still cant login. What else can i try,

Default username = virgin
Default password = password

To verify this, have a good look at the sticker on the underneath of the router.

Yes tried them and they dont work.

Ok im now in, been trying the default settings for god knows how long
