ITV Player, problems

Got 20 mins into a program on catch up itv player and 3 times it went all blocky, bad sound and un-watchable.
and worked out every 6 mins ish
is there a reason for this, or do some programs play funny now and again?
also what will VM say/do if a contact them about it?

Sounds like a faulty asset. If you report it then VM will check out the programme and see if it is faulty.

Are you having the same issue with other on demand programmes?
