Ch602 then Ch104 Using Remote Problem

I have a strange intermittent problem only noticed late this afternoon, and that is if I have the Samsung STB on any of the 2 free Sky channels which are Sky Sports and Sky News on CH 602, and if I use the remote and enter CH104, I see the 3 digits appear top left, but then the channel will from time to time not load and I get an error code of 1203, this problem doesn't occur from any other channel only the 2 Sky ones from what I can gather.

As well as the 1203 code the message says the channel isn't available right now, but if I go to ITV1 then to Channel 4 it then loads no problem.

I know I can get the channel to load by a different route, but I prefer using the remote by just entering the channels code number, but from 602 to 104 just doesn't work every time.

Anyone else ever had this?

Would like to add that after I enter 104 from being on 602 the channel eventually loads, but it takes around 5 minutes to do so, this time delay doesn't occur when switching to other channels.

Now it's having a problem finding channel 103 from Sky 602
