Had V+ installed yesterday

only they havent put on the XL tv channel pack we have, infact I dont even know what channels we have 1-5 and a couple of other channels not even as many as a freeview box.

Engineer after installation (2pm) told us that the channels will come on in about an hour, it got to 5pm and still no channels so gave VM a call they said there is delay from the PDA unit and that we are on the system in a que with others waiting to get there boxes updated.

they said they would ring and let us know when the channels will be on, anyway 24hours have now passed and stil not updated channels or V+ added yet.

I have tried turning the box off for a min to see if the channels would update. have I done something wrong or is it VM being a typical ass and I need to give them a ring back?

You will need to call in on 150 from a Virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line to find out what is going on.
