I don't think I'd know a sad seagull from a happy one. They're all ***** dropping flying machines anyway.
You've got to wonder about the mentality of people going to the trouble to find out a phone number and calling somebody about such crap. It might be a cry for help. Maybe the emergency operators should tell them they've got the wrong number and give them the Samaritans number instead.
One driver called the RSPCA to report a ''slow moving tortoise'' on the hard shoulder of a motorway only for Highways Agency officials to discover it was a deflated football.

Now - now it is the season of good will! Actually (reading through the threads) only reinforces my belief that the individuals concerned are suffering from the common affliction known (to the medical community) as T.A.P.S
