Smart card data

Im wondering what kind of data is stored on the smart card? ive moved out from my parents house and taken the V+ box with me, ive connected it up into my new rented flat which has VM and it works perfectly, im wondering if my dad cancels the service at his house will it somwhoe affect my V+ service at my flat?

Yes it will. If you want the service pay for it.

Re: Smart card data

You're using a stolen box, as that V+ was tied to your Dads VM account.
If he no longer wanted it, it should be returned Virginmedia as it's their property.

If you want the V+ service, pay the install fee for a box at your new flat, on your own account
