Virgin are nothing but a bunch of crooks
Strong headline but a true one,I have emailed Virgin constantly over the last two months about the standard of service my elderly father received during a very hard and financially difficult time within our family as my Mother suffered from a brain tumour and was bed ridden for over a year and has know sadly passed on.Virgin have just blatantly ignored the emails which I know they received as they sent confirmation and even a new bill but still no reply,Now as my mother was the account holder payment rested on my fathers shoulders who was obviously distraught during this ordeal so he called Virgin over a years ago explaining the situation and that he required the cheapest package available,he had to phone multiple times as he kept getting these unwanted extras,anyway I have manged to get a look at the bill and have discovered they have been charging for a talk anywhere 200 for over a year since he called and have found that it was costing him far more than it was saving,now customer services are supposed to advise him of such things and I find it quite disturbing that he has been treated thus,I advise anybody who thinks they are being overcharged for unwanted extras to check there bill thoroughly online to avoid such situations.Just dont expect Virgin to rectify it.
