Dead dog found tied to wire fence

A dog was tied to a barbed wire fence in Angus and left to starve to death for up to two weeks, animal welfare officers have revealed.

If the animal/s that did this no longer wanted the poor creature all they had to do was take the thing to a shelter,where it would have at least had the chance of a non-lingering painless death,if nothing else.

Things do have a way of coming back and biting us squarely on the behind though.

The biggest problem here is that even if the responsible party is found, there is very little to stop them getting another pet and doing it again
