It's taken a long time but hopefully it'll go some way to stop people from feeling hassled as soon as they walk in the stores.

In my town Russ you don't even have to enter their store to be hassled they do it to passing pedestrians on the street outside their store. Many is the time i have been rude and abusive to their staff as much as i hate dong that to anyone.

I hate the place with a passion, I once went into phones 4 U to buy a new phone because I'd lost my other phone, I was on O2 but went to phones 4 u first to see what offers they had on, the phone I went for was £150 with no memory card, I asked the salesman if he could do me a deal on a card? He said no because he'd dropped the price of the phone the price of a memory card was £25 making it a total of £175. I said I'm going to the O2 shop to see what they can offer me. He said you'll not get a better deal than this. Off I went to the O2 shop which was in the same shopping centre, same phone, free memory card £130 saving me £45. I went back into Phones 4 U and showed the sales assistant the receipt. His face was a picture.
