Linksys router & 20mb vm

Hi

Ive just upgraded to 20meg last week and everything is fine apart from one issue which is really annoying me.
Before i upgraded i was on the 8mb connection using my WRT54GS router wired to my xbox360.
when searching for a game in a lobby online i was connecting to games within 3 seconds.now ive upgraded to a faster speed its taking me atleast 10 to 15 seconds to find a game , its actually slower lol ... this happens online playing cod5.xbox360
ive tryed opening my NAT but its still the same,do i have to enable dmz ? or do i need to change settings in port triggering?
ive added the xbox360 ip address to Applications
& Gaming in the router
heres the settings im using
