BBC HD Problems

Anyone else having problems with BBC HD at the moment? When I go on the channel I get a message up saying 'This channel is unavailable at the moment'. Then maybe 10-20 seconds later the channel does show but all pixellated, and then maybe another 10-20 seconds and it shows fine.
However it also means that any V+ recordings I set up for BBC HD come up as 'Failed' every time.
Anyone else had a similar problem?

My BBC channels seem have been pixelated on an off for the past week.
