Tracking premium call numbers

Someone made a premium call to the following premium number 09064001802 from my phone. How can i find out whose number it is?

Virgin Media and Orange can apply call baring of premium rate numbers free of charge, contact the following to do so:

Virgin Media:150 from your Virgin phone or 0845-454-1111
Orange: 450 from your Orange pay as you go phone or 150 if you are on pay monthly.

These bars can be removed, Virgin Media lines require a pin to dial premium rate numbers if the bar is on, the bar also restricts access to operator services via 100 too.

The customer requested premium calls bar is not free on Virgin. It is part of the standard call barring service and costs £1.75 a month

It's exactly the same with BT, they charge you and even for 1471 they do,its disgraceful, they even charge you £4 a month to stop receiving withheld numbers :ft:
