STM Info

Hi

Is there any way to find out when (i.e. what time) STM kicks in on your connection? Just got back home and found my 10mb connection has been throttled at 2.5mb. I'm sure I shouldn't still be throttled after all this time!..

Yeah I know the threshold and I know how long it throttles you for. I was wondering if there was a way to find out what time it kicked in, so I can work out when it'll end!..

Try downloading something along the lines of a DU meter and when you see it reach the threshold time it from there.

Easy, just wait until your speed comes back to 10Mb, subtract 5 hours, then you'll have the exact time it kicked in...at that point you can add 5 hours to find out the finishing time....

Or you could just ignore me

(Only joking )

Re: STM Info

Yeah..trouble is, if I'm out all day I can't monitor something like DU meter, so there's no way of knowing when the 5 hour throttling time is up. Never mind, ta anyway
