2MB package
I just got off the phone from technical support regarding very high latency on World of Warcraft.

The lovely Indian gentleman just told me that gaming is no longer allowed on the 2MB package, which is now only for web-browsing. Which is why I had high latency. What... On... Earth?

You should call customer services and complain, as his name will be in the notes on your account, its clowns like that that get us reps a bad name.
