Internet issues for last 48 hours

Hopefully someone can help me without having to resort to calling the VM support lines (they were OK the last time I had to call them but even so...)

Anyway I'm having some issues with the internet connection that I started noticing yesterday morning. It happens with all the computers connected both wired and wireless.

Basically everything is fine until all of a sudden I lose connection and sites start timing out. Occasionally during the time out the 'Ready' light flashes for a bit then comes back but most of the time it stays solid when the connection is having issues.

The router I'm using has been rebooted, upgraded to latest firmware etc. with no resolve. In it's tool section pinging a couple of websites gives the following responses.

Any ideas regarding it or is it a case of removing the router, biting the bullet and calling the support line and hoping for the best?
