hi i have a netgear box and i had it working before but now i it woun't connect to it now i got my internet lead pluged in my labtop at moment but does anyone know what i can do to get it working again

What type is it?
Power everything off, connect the modem to the router then the router to the pc.
Power on modem...then router...then pc.

the type is WGR614v7
i never had a promblem with it before but when i put the lead from the modem into the router it starts flashing orange and when i seach for wireless networks in area it said it car't find any
