PHP/VISP issues

Hi,

I have recently uploaded some pages to the webspace (webspace is a blueyonder pwp) and wanted to use a feedback form on the site. I tried 2 methods of doing this -

1) Using the ZISP functionality described here -

http://help2.virginmedia.com/help/ge...ailer_tutorial

2) Using a simple PHP page

Looking at ZISP first, I managed to setup the mailer.html etc fine and it all works a treat, apart from no emails are actually being sent when the 'Submit' button is clicked, even though the email.txt file is setup correctly. I've checked the ZISP guide and they say it could be due to the ISP's mail relay settings, so I have contacted Virgin.

Now looking at PHP, at the link below, it implies that I should be able to use PHP -

http://help2.virginmedia.com/help/ge..._pwp_tools_php

I have tried my own PHP page and their test page and neither work, so again have contacted Virgin.

Has anyone else had similar problems? If so, how did you resolve them?
