Seems that Tiscali is finally due to complete it's acquisition of Pipex's residential business..

Thats PIPEX down the pan then...looks like my parents are going to have to choose a different ISP.

PIPEX went down the pan a while back....presumably in preparation for purchase by Tiscali.
