If you just want to change tcp settings to optimise your broadband, why not have a lookie here http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php

Their tcp optimiser is pretty useful.

I prefer installing the registry patch further down the page, but as usual DO NOT EDIT THE REGISTRY MANUALLY OR WITH REG FILES - unless you back it up first or know what you are doing.
