Phone service hasn't worked since Saturday night. I'm in Woodley, East of Reading, Berkshire. The CS fault line says there's a problem in the RG4 area, but according to CS person there's no fault in my area so they're sending out a repair guy. Obviously a coincidence.
And since when did they start using Indian call centers? - awful line quality! Could hardly hear them.
