Set up problem for Treo 650 with NTL mail

Unhappy Set up problem for Treo 650 with NTL mail

Hi,

Recently I purchased a Treo 650 and I have Tesco Pay as You Go.
I set up my Tesco GPRS on my Treo and it works fine.
I tried set up my Versamail 3.5 to get my NTL e-mails (I have my NTL broadband) to my phone but I can not access them.

The settings are:

Mail Service: UK-NTL
Protocol: POP
Username: username
Password: assigned
E-mail address: username@ntlworld.com
Incoming Mail Server: pop.ntlworld.com
Outgoing Server: mail.tesco.net

Incoming Server Settings:
Port Number:110
Not use Secure Cnnection (SSL)
Not use Authntication (APOP)

Outgoing Server Settings:
Port Number:25
Not use Secure Cnnection (SSL)
Not use Authntication (APOP)

When I try to connect the GPRS connection is going to be established after seconds but in the next step when my phone trying to connect to the NTL server after few seconds the connectin fail with the following error message:
Unable to connect to pop.ntlworld.com
Please verify your server name entry.

Any ideas?
Please help me I really appreciate any good advice.

I have the same problem and identical equipment 650/tesco/ntl. I will try you settings but I am sure that the outgoing server is....

I have not yet got my web setting right yet and would appreciate you
either letting me have them by e-mail or on this forum so others can benefit.
Lets keep in touch on this one.
