Office Shortcut Bar Replacement
I want to create a toolbar similar to the Microsoft Office shortcut toolbar.
At present I have created such a bar using the new toolbar feature on the taskbar, but it is a drab grey and I would like to colour it with something brighter but there is no facility to do that.
Does anyone know of a way to do this or of a piece of freeware to do this please?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Unfortunately, it remains a boring grey. Not sure if it makes a difference but I am using a Windows Classic desktop and Windows XP Pro. I was hoping that the Windows Toolbar was customisable but I appear to be wrong. Have considered changing the whole Windows Colour scheme but have not tried it yet as I would prefer to just alter the toolbar rather than the whole desktop.
