Itemised Billing

Hi, I have just had the Phone (L) line installed and was wondering if Virgin charge for itemised billing. I wasn't too sure because it isn't on their site and after searching the site, some people do and some don't.

Can anyone shed some light?

Regards.

But how about the calls below 50p?
This is what you pay the pound for.
I am with BT and get full itemisation free, can even access my call details online.

If you call customer services they can read out to you your calls below 50p I know its a pain but I dont want to be charged £1.

Tell me you are joking.
Can imagine the message on the vm cs line while someone is being read out every call on their last bill under 50p.

The charge is so that unless you pay you do not see how expensive short calls are on cable.
