a few picture issues . . .

I think someone has brought this up before but I'm not sure. As I have a normal 4:3 TV i find these very annoying - all of the channel 4 channels force widesreen and all the ITV channels (except ITV1) seem to force me into watching thin people (if you know what i mean). Anyone else with a 4:3 TV get this?

Re: a few picture issues . . .

Adjust the settings on your v box to 4:3 mode. I watch on a 4:3 set too and have mine set at 4:3L (letterbox mode). I suspect your box may be outputting 16:9 widescreen which is why it looks odd on a 4:3 set.
