Three Zero Audio one?

When I turned on my TV this evening, the screen showed a mainly blue picture with big zeros drifting across, and there was a man's voice saying "three zero audio one" over and over again.

The box was tuned to Discovery Real Time, as I'd left it when I left home this morning. I've often had the STB re-tune to a different station, with the display staying the same, but it's always shown a recognisable channel.

Can anyone throw any light onto what was being shown? A test signal perhaps?

It's a BBCi screen.... usually with Score or music etc .
