Hey I am on 10Meg Internet in Belfast. And over the past week it seems that my connection has slowed down. I used to get my 10 Meg Download speed alot off the time and surfing the web was always a nice experience. But the past week it seems my internet has slowed down.
Could be many things, have you tried rebooting the modem? Have you installed anything that may have affected your settings? What happens if you try to download a big file from a good server (SP2 is a good file to try from a MS server)?

I'm afraid that it is quite normal to get dial up speeds when you pay for 10mb
