Scarts and STB

Please put me right. I would like to upgrade to the VIP package. But before I do I would like to confirm that I can utelise the 2nd. STB.
Ideally I would like to use the V+ in a bedroom (I don't want the missus hogging the good TV to watch all the crap she will record). Therefor I would put it in one of the boys bedrooms. The problem is,that TV although a 20" CRT it only has one scart input. That is currently used for a Sony game station. Could I configer it so that that TV Scart - STB and put the Sony Scart to STB. Can I do it and does it work.

Re: Scarts and STB

While most STB's come with two scarts, they're configured output only.

You more than likely would need to get some kind of multi scart adaptor.

Alternatively, stick in an old VHS player if you've got one around and use that.
