What's wrong with my pc?

I have an old second pc, that's been sitting around, without it's graphics card, for the last few months - when I last tested it (a few months ago) , it powered up - now today I put the card back in, reconnected the power... nothing.
When I hit the switch at the back, the status lights on the motherboard come on for 1/2 a second and then go off, no fans, nothing.

I expect someone is going to tell me the powersupply has gone.

Re: What's wrong with my pc?

Have you disturbed any of the power leads inside the case? Everything is puched fully home, including power to the GPU card itself?

Yeah I've made this kind of mistake with mine before by unhooking the boot switch connectors

Re: What's wrong with my pc?

I've had it where i'm testing RS232 convertor worked day before not working working in the morning. Only diagnostic is a comms light if it works. Took me ages before I checked the fuse.
